摘 要:当前微机保护装置以及电子式电能表采用的都是传统的带铁芯的电流变换器,传统的电流变换器存在磁饱和问题,因此测量动态范围窄。提出的PCB空心线圈电流变换器二次线圈采用对称设计,以保证最大限度地消除外界电磁干扰造成的误差。对影响电流变换器测量准确度的各种因素进行了分析,提出了改进措施和办法。制作了样机进行了实验验证,结果表明:PCB电流变换器达到了一定的测量准确度,在较大的动态范围内具有良好线性度,且响应速度快。At present, most of mireo-chip based relay protection systems and electronic electric-meters adopted traditional magnetic core current transducer. However, this kind current-voltage converter had serious magnetic saturate problem in the application and its dynamic metering range was narrow. This paper proposed a PCB style current-voltage converter, which had four symmetrical secondary spiral air-core coils on the same surface and could eliminate impacts caused by outside magnetic field as possible. All kinds of interference in the current-voltage converter were presented and analyzed; some measures to improve capabilities against interference were suggested. At last, a prototype of PCB current-voltage converter was made and tested. The experiment data indicate that the PCB converter has reached the requirement and has good linearity in a large dynamic metering band with fast dynamic response.
