咽泰对大鼠慢性染煤尘的实验性煤肺病变疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨咽泰对大鼠慢性染尘的实验性煤肺病变的疗效。方法对36只大鼠慢性染尘,制成实验性煤肺病理模型，同时对其中18只大鼠进行咽泰喷雾吸入治疗。结果叶照组及治疗组肺内病变在质上是一致的，病理发展过程也是相同的，但治疗组实验动物肺内病变均显减轻。结论病理形态学观察证明，咽泰对煤肺有一定疗效。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yan Tai on chronic experimental anthracosis of rats exposed to coal dusts. Method The models of experimental anthracosis for 36 rats exposed to coal dusts were made.Meanwhile, l8 of these rats were treated with spraying-inhaling Yan Tai. Result The pathological lesions were of no great diffenerce in quality and the developmental progress of the lesions was sirnilar in lungs of rats between control group and treat group with Yan Tai. But, as compared with control group, the degree of pathological lesions in lungs was markedly weakened in the treatment group with Yan Tai. Conclusion Curative effect of Yan Tai was confirrned on weakening the degree of lesion in lungs of rats of anthracosis through a observation of pathology.
