摘　　要：近年来,细胞凋亡一直是生命科学和医学领域各专业的研究热点。作者综述了细胞凋亡的形态学、生物化学及分子生物学、酶学、免疫学和流式细胞仪法等常用的细胞凋亡检测方法,并对各种方法的优点及局限性进行了简要概述。In recent years,apoptosis has turned out to be hotspot studying within fields of life science and medical research.This study shows several normal methods to measure programmed cell death,such as morphology of apoptosis,biochemistry molecular biology,enzymology,immunology and flow cytometry,etc.It also makes brief survey for merits and limitations of these methods.
