摘  要:研究目的:分析高速铁路施工建设对土地造成的破坏,为减少这种破坏提供理论参考。研究方法:文献资料法,制度分析法。研究结果:高速铁路施工建设土地破坏可以分为直接破坏和间接破坏两大类型,表现为对土地的挖损、压占等形式的占用以及由于工程建设带来的地块切割等相邻破坏。研究结论:高速铁路建设土地破坏防控可从临时用地选址防控、临时用地规模防控、工程施工措施防控和土地间接破坏防控4方面入手。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the damages on land due to high-speed railway construction in order to put forward theoretical references to decrease such damages.Methods of documentation and institutional analysis were employed.The results indicate that the damages caused by high-speed railway construction can be divided into types of direct damage and indirect damage,which are shown as land excavating damages,occupancy and adjacent damages such as fragmentation due to the project construction.It is concluded that the land damage prevention and control of high-speed railway construction can refer to four aspects: temporary land location,temporary land scale,construction measure and indirect land damage.
