摘 要:试验选择18月龄的夏南牛母牛40头,选用8个微卫星DNA标记,研究了夏南牛群体遗传变异,并分析了体尺性状与8个微卫星标记的关系.结果表明:8个微卫星标记BM2113、BM1824、ETH225、IDVGA2、IDV-GA46、IDVGA55、BM3413和TGLA44等位基因数分别为7,6,6,6,6,4,6和6;多态信息含量分别为0.764,0.775,0.786,0.701,0.723,0.570,0.759和0.776;杂合度分别为0.801,0.784,0.824,0.744,0.772,0.648,0.802和0.815.8个微卫星标记分别对夏南牛不同体尺性状存在正效应或负效应.Forty 18-month-old Xianan cows and 8 microsatellite DNA markers(BM2113,BM1824,ETH225,IDVGA2,IDVGA46,IDVGA55,BM3413 and TGLA44) were used to study the population genetic variation Xianan cattle and the relationships between the gene loci and their body size traits.The results showed that the these 8 microsatellite markers had 7,6,6,6,6,4,6 and 6 alleles,their(polymorphism information content) PIC was 0.764,0.775,0.786,0.701,0.723,0.570,0.759 and 0.776 and their heterozygosis was 0.801,0.784,0.824,0.744,0.772,0.648,0.802 and 0.815,respectively.The microsatellites were found to be in positive or negative correlation with some body size traits in the population.
