针型胸腔镜在孤立性肺结节诊治中的应用

摘　　要：回顾性分析45例孤立性肺结节患者在针型胸腔镜下完成肺楔形切除的临床资料，其中22例为良性病变，23例为肺癌。手术时间平均为98min，平均出血量82ml，平均住院时间9．9d。无死亡，无严重并发症。说明该手术在鉴别孤立性肺结节性质及治疗方面安全有效，具有明显的微创优势。Lung wedge resections under needle video-assisted thoracoscopy were performed in 45 cases of SPN. Those in whom lung cancer was confirmed received pneumonectomy subsequently. Needle videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery was performed successfully in all patients. Pathological examination showed benign tumors in 22 cases and malignant lesions in 23 cases. For malignant cases radical resection of lung lobe was performed with assisted small auxiliary incision. The operation lime was 25 - 180 rain, the mean blood lose was less than 200 ml; the length of hospital stay was 3 - 20 d. There were no serious postoperational complications and fatal cases. Needle video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is of value in diagnosis and treatment of solitary puhnonary nodule with satisfactory therapeutic effects.
