应用胆道镜观察胸膜外入路Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸的临床分析

摘　　要：应用胆道镜观察胸膜外入路行Nuss手术治疗小儿漏斗胸11例。其中男9例、女2例；年龄3～15岁，平均年龄6岁。无术中和术后并发症，失血量5～20ml。矫形效果10例“优秀”，1例“良好”。提示，用胆道镜观察胸膜外入路Nuss手术具有便于观察、微创、符合生理等优点，是一种值得推广的治疗漏斗胸的手术方法。From Oct 2006 to Dec 2008, 11 children （9 boys and 2 girls） aged 3 - 15 （mean 6 years） with pectus excavatum underwent extrapleural Nuss procedure under choledochoscope. No complication was observed during and after operation. The blood loss during operation was 5 -20 ml. Postoperative evaluation showed that the score of 10 cases was ＂ excellent＂ and 1 was ＂ good＂. The results indicate that extrapleural Nuss procedure under choledochoscope, has advantages of low complication and minimal invasion, can be widely used in clinic practice.
