厦门地区慢性荨麻疹变应原检测与脱敏治疗分析

摘　　要：分析近4年厦门地区慢性荨麻疹的过敏原及其特异性脱敏治疗效果。对1250例患者进行38种吸入组及食物组变应原皮内试验，阳性率达93．76％，其中吸入组所占比例高于食物组。完成全程特异性脱敏治疗者的有效率为70．65％（378／535）。Effectiveness of allergen detection and desensitization treatment for chronic urticaria during recent four years in Xiamen area, Fujian province were analyzed. Skin tests with intradermal injection were performed for 1250 patients with chronic urticaria by 38 kinds of inhalant and food allergen, with positive results in 93.76% of them, higher by inhaled allergen than that by food allergen. Effective rate of completed course of desensitization treatment in 535 cases was 70. 65 % （378/535）.
