成人朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症二例并文献复习

摘　　要：回顾性分析我院2005年至2007年确诊的2例成人朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症的临床资料并文献复习。2例患者均为男性，分别为39岁和45岁。均有长期吸烟史。第1例症状为胸痛，影像学提示骨骼病变。第2例体检发现肺部阴影，胸部高分辨CT示双上中肺野网格状改变及囊性变。外科手术活组织病理学检查结果：2例在光镜下均可见病理性朗格汉斯细胞浸润，免疫组化S-100、CD1a均为阳性。Two cases of adult Langerhans ceil histiocytosis were retrospectively reviewed. Both cases were male cigarette smokers, aged 39 and 45. Chest pain was the major symptom in one case and radiology showed lesions in the right fibs. Another case was admitted because of the shadow in the chest X-ray discovered during routine physical examination. Lung cysts and reticular changes were shown in the highresolution CT scan, predominantly in the upper and middle lung fields. Pathological diagnosis were established though surgical bone biopsy or thoracoscopic lung biopsy respectively. Specific Langerbans cells were detected udder light microscope and staining for the S-100, CDla antigens were all positive in two cases.
