摘　　要：便携设备的功能日趋增加,导致静电放电(ESD)电压进入的通道增多,因而带来更多危害产品的几率。本文在比较不同外部保护元件的基础上,介绍了安森美半导体的硅保护元件系列,这些元件能够满足不同应用需求。The functions of portable appliances have been greatly improved, which results in more channels for ESD voltage, thus making it possible for products to be damaged. The article compares different external protection components, and then introduces the series silicon protection components by ON Semiconductor, which can meet different requirements for different situations
