摘　　要：目的:探讨猪红细胞膜糖肽的抗肿瘤转移作用;方法:通过腹腔注射给药测定其对小鼠肿瘤生长和转移的影响。结果:糖肽明显抑制S_(180)肿瘤及Lewis肺癌的生长,抑制率分别为52.62％和66.44％,对Lewis肺癌的自发性肺转移的抑制率为78.16％。结论:猪红细胞膜糖肽具有抗肿瘤生长及抗转移的生物学活性,是一很有发展前景的生化制剂。Objectives: The inhibitory effects of glycopeptides from pig red cell membranes (GPS) on tumor growth and metastasis were studied. Methods:The studies of GPS antitumor was performed in tumor mice by the injection of GPS intraperitoneally,10mg/kg body weight/every day.Results: GPS can arrest the growth of S180 carcinoma and lewis lung caneer,the rates of which are respectively 52.62% and 66.44%, and the inhibitory rate of Lewis lung carcinoma metastasis was up to 78.16% . Conclusions:The experimental results show that GPS has a considerable antitumor effect, so it is a worth-developed biochemical preparation.
