摘 要:为了准确诊断和治疗骨关节病,需要准确掌握关节软骨的厚度.核磁共振成像(MRI)技术为关节软骨的厚度测量提供了一种无辐射、非侵入的有效方法.针对MR射影切片成像的特点,提出了一种基于MR图像的髋关节软骨厚度的测量和校正方法.首先,通过数学模型的论证,将结合高斯二阶微分的零交叉法应用于MR摄影平面中的软骨厚度测量,得出MR摄影平面上薄面体法线方向的软骨测量厚度τ0;在此基础上,提出一种校正算法,针对软骨曲面形状引起的过测量问题对测量厚度误差加以校正,得到校正后的软骨厚度τ.采用人体髋关节标本进行了MR射影和解剖实验,对比了校正的测量厚度和解剖学测量值,实验结果验证了本文方法的有效性.For correct diagnosis and treatment of arthropathy,the thickness of articular cartilage has to be measured accurately.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) offers a non-radiant and non-invasive method for thickness measurement of articular cartilage.In this paper a novel method has been proposed to measure and correct the articular cartilage thickness of tives of Gaussian blurring,which was validated by mathematical simulation.Based on measurement of τ 0,a correction alhuman hip joint from MR images with char-acteristics of sliced imaging.The cartilage image-plane thickness in the normal direction τ 0 in MR slices was first measured with zero-crossing method in combination with the second directional derivagorithm was developed to correct the thickness error from overestimation due to oblique slicing,and the corrected thickness τ was obtained.Comparison between the corrected thickness measured with MR images and the thickness measured anatomically of a cadaver hip joint femoral head verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
