女性外阴营养不良的免疫病理学研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨自身免疫在女性外阴营养不良发生中的作用。方法；采用常规病理方法Ｈ．Ｅ染色，光镜观察，对病例进行病理分型。采用冰冻切片，直接免疫荧光法，荧光显微镜进行观察。并以健康人外阴组织为抗原，用间接免疫荧光法，荧光显微镜观察，测病人血清中抗健康人正常外阴组织的抗体。结果；５０例病员中２７例局部有免疫蛋白或Ｃ３沉积，１１例血清中具有抗健康人外阴组织抗体，９例两项检测均为阳性。Objective: To probe into the effect of autoimmune on the development of vulvar dystrophy. Methods: Vulvar dystrophy was classified depending on the observation under light microscope with routine pathological method. Anti-normal vulvar tissue antibody was detected by means of indirect immunofluorenscence,with normal human vulvar tissue as the antigen(-20 C cryostat section)Result:Focal deposits of Ig or C3 were found in 27 cases of toatl 50 cases, anti-normal vulvar tissue antibody in sera, 11 cases,and in 9 cases, both of the above were positive. The positive changes were mainly located in epidermis and derma, and related to the severity of the disease. Conclusion: Autoimmune plays a leading role in the development of vulvar dystrophy.
