摘　　要：本文对补阳还五汤的药理研究进行了综述。补阳还五汤药理作用主要为:改善血液流变学及血流动力学,改善微循环,抗血栓,抗氧化,调节免疫和抗感染,保护血脑屏障,修复神经组织,抑制细胞凋亡,促进骨折愈合。In this paper, the pharmacological research of Buyanghuanwu Decoction are reviewed. The major pharmacological effects of Buyanghuanwu Decoction are ： to improve the hemorheology and hemodynamics, improve microcirculation, preparation of anti - thrombosis, anti - oxidation, anti - inflammatory and immune regulation, protect the blood - brain barrier, and repair nerve tissue, fiction apoptosis, and promote fracture healing.
