摘　　要：目的；研究邻苯二甲酸杆对工人健康的影响。方法：现况调查。结果；在车间邻苯二甲酸丁平均浓度为４．８９ｍｇ／ｍ＾３时，３５名作业工人的粘膜刺激及症状及相关体征阳性率均明显高于对照组，在内科检查，血常规化验及皮肤敷贴试验两组无显著性差异。结论：邻苯二甲酸杆主要对皮肤 粘膜有较强刺激作业。Objective: To study the effects of Phthalic Anhydride on the worker's health Methods: Present survey. Result: Health effects of Phthalic Anhydride was determined in thirty-five exposed workers, thirty-five non-exposed subjects as control groups. The result showed that the symptoms and interrelating signs of mucosa were significantly higher than those in the control. There is no evident difference on Physical examination between two groups. Conclusion: Phthalic Anhydride can itritate mucous menbrance.
