摘　　要：目的：探讨小儿手足口病的健康教育效果。方法：对55例小儿手足口病患儿在做好严格消毒隔离和积极治疗的基础上，实施有效的口腔及皮肤护理；同时结合患儿各自病情特点，给予适当的饮食与营养指导、高热护理指导、预防保健指导，以及给予家长和患儿恰当的心理健康教育。结果：55例患儿口腔黏膜溃疡均恢复光滑，皮疹消退，食欲好转，体温正常，各项生理指标恢复正常。结论：护士掌握手足口病的发生、发展及并发症观察与预防的要点，在给予消毒隔离、皮肤护理的前提下，加强对患儿及家长的健康教育，是提高手足口病治愈率、降低死亡率的有力保证。Objective： To discuss the effect of health education for children with hand, foot and mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods： 55 case of HFMD were sterilized, separated and active treated; their mouth and skin were applied effective nursing care ; according to the respective condition characteristic, guidance about food, nutrition, nursing of hyperpyrexia, prevention and health care was given, while children and their relatives got appropriate psychological healthy education. Results ： The oral mucous membrane of the 55 cases became smooth, their appetite improved, weight was gained, temperature became steady and physiological index was restored to normal. Conclusions： In order to elevate the curative rate and depress the mortality, educating children and their relatives is essential for a nurse, as well as mastering the development and progression of HFMD, observation of complications and main points of prevention, and executing sterilization, separation and skin care.
