MEBO对皮肤放射性损伤治疗作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨MEBO（湿润烧伤膏）治疗放射性皮肤损伤的疗效。方法：将68例接受放射期间出现放射性皮肤损伤的鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组，34例使用MEBO为治疗组；34例采用雷佛奴尔纱条为对照组。结果：MEBO能控制放射性皮肤损伤创面感染，改善创面血液循环，促进肉芽组织和上皮再生。MEBO组创面渗出较对照组明显减少（P〈0．05），能明显缩短2级以上皮肤损伤的愈合时间。结论：MEBO对放射性皮肤损伤具有较好的临床疗效，应用方便。Objective To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating skin injury induced by radiotherapy. Methods 68 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients accepted radiotherapy concurred with skin injuruy divided randomly into 2 groups. In one group, the wounds were treated with MEBO and in the other group wounds were treated with Rivanol gauze. Results MEBO can control wound infection, improve blood and lymphatic circulation in wounds, promote wound granulation and epithelium and lessen inflammatory reaction. In MEBO group. The difference between the 2 groups was significant. Conclusion MEBO is very efficacious in treating skin injury induced by radiotherapy.
