摘　　要：目的：观察交锁髓内钉加植骨治疗股骨骨折不愈合的临床疗效。方法：本组股骨骨折不愈合34例，男24例，女10例；年龄19～76岁，平均45岁，全部采用开放置入交锁髓内钉固定加植骨治疗。结果：经11～24个月（平均16．5个月）随访，32例股骨骨不连愈合。结论：交锁髓内钉加植骨治疗股骨骨折不愈合具有：①合理的生物力学设计；②抗骨折旋转及短缩功能；③对局部血运破坏小；④植骨的成骨作用等促进骨愈合，值得推荐使用。Objective： To observe the intramedullary nail and bone grafting for treatment of femoral fracture healing in clinical efficacy. Methods： 34 cases of femoral nonunion, male 24 cases, female 10 cases; aged 19 to 76 years, with an average 45- year- old, all placed in an open intramedullary nail fixation with bone graft. Results： After 11 to 24 months （mean 16.5 months） follow- up, 32 cases of femoral nonunion healing. Conclusion ： The interlocking intramedullary nail and bone grafting for treatment of femoral nonunion with ： （1） rational design of bio - mechanics ; （2） rotation and shortening of anti - fracture functional; （3） partial destruction of small blood supply ; （4） bone graft into the role of promoting bone healing, should be recommended.
