摘　　要：目的：探讨肝硬化患者血小板分析4项指标的临床应用价值。方法：采用日本SyseexXE-2100型全自动血细胞计数仪测定正常人群和肝硬化患者血小板计数（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板压积（PCT）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）各30例。结果：与正常人群相比，肝硬化患者PLT显著降低，MPV和PDW均增高，PCT无明显改变。结论：全面地观察血小板分析4项参数有助于了解患者血小板功能的改变，肝硬化患者血小板不仅数量异常，而且质量异常，易发生血小板减少性出血。Objective： To approach the clinical applications of our parameters of platelet in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods： PLT, MPV, PCT and PDW of 30 blood preparation in patients with liver cirrhosis were detected by Syseex XZ - 2100, compared with health a- dults. Results： The measure values of PLT in patients were significant decrease, and the values of MPV and PDW were light increase. But those of PCT werent obviously changes. Conclusions ： From the overall analysis, it shows the four parameters of platelet have some advantages. It can has advantages at earlier diagnosis and guidance of thrombocytopenia.
