国际工程中非示范合同条件下承包商索赔管理研究——以某热轧扩建项目为例

摘　　要：国际工程项目大量运用示范合同条件的同时,亦有相当一部分工程根据项目特点及业主自身需求拟定了非示范合同条件,在项目实施过程中其特殊性给承包商带来了很大风险。结合某热轧扩建项目,提出承包商面临非示范合同条件时应注意的索赔管理策略,以维护自身权益,避免无谓损失。Lots of international construction projects make extensive use of model contracts, at the same time, there are a considerable part of the projects using non -model contracts, according to the project’s characteristics and needs of owner’s needs. Its specificities bring substantial risks to the contractors. Taking hot-rolling project as an example, this paper claims management strategies when contractors face such contracts, in order to safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests and avoid unnecessary lost.
