国内外办公椅质量安全要求分析

摘　　要：本文主要针对现代办公家具中的办公椅这一产品,详尽地介绍了国内外办公椅相关的标准、法规和重点对欧盟、美国、日本3个现代办公椅市场进行了分析,并就欧盟标准关于限制甲醛释放量和重金属含量的环保指令及办公椅防火阻燃性指令、日本关于限制甲醛释放量、美国cFR法规关于有毒有害物质的规定等国外技术法规,与我国标准中涉及办公椅的质量安全要求和国外先进国家的相关标准法规进行了比对分析。文章内还列出相关数据、标准要求、检测方法及对比图表。This paper is divided into three chapters, which mainly introduces the standards and regulations related to the office chair, especially focusing on the EU, the United States and Japan markets. By means of providing relevant data, standard requirements, testing methods and comparison charts, this paper mainly analyzes stipulations of poisonous and hazardous substances in foreign technical regulations and standards, such as the EU Limit Directives with regard to formaldehyde release quantity and extractable metal content, Japan standards concerning formaldehyde release quantity as well as the United States CFR regulations. In addition, this paper makes a comparison between the office chair quality safety requirements included in domestic standards and the relevant standard regulations of those advanced countries.
