摘 要:目的比较小剂量果糖注射液及葡萄糖注射液对2型糖尿病患者稳定期血糖波动的影响。方法用前瞻随机自身对照的方法,选择稳定期2型糖尿病患者22人,随机在第1,2,3天分别匀速静脉滴注3种药液:5%葡萄糖注射液200mL(加入胰岛素3u)、0.9%生理盐水200mL、5%果糖氯化钠溶液200mL;同时用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测患者血糖的动态变化,比较血糖波动情况。结果3种液体间血糖差异比较无显著性。结论小剂量果糖注射液及等剂量的葡萄糖注射液均未对稳定期2型糖尿病患者血糖波动产生明显影响。Objective To compare the effect of intravenous infusion of low dosage fructose with glucose infusion on blood glucose variability in type 2 diabetic patients in stable phase. Methods Data of 22 patients (male : female, 18: 4) with type 2 diabetes mellitus in stable phase were collected for the study. From 9am to 11 am, all the subjects were administrated one of the following solutions at constant speed on consecutive days randomly: 5% glucose injection 200 mL with insulin 3 u, 0. 9% normal saline 200 mL or 5% fructose injection 200 mL. The blood glucose concentrations were detected every 5 minutes after infusion by continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS). The variability of blood glucose was compared using these 3 kinds of solutions. A two - tailed P value of ≤ 0. 05 was considered statistically significant. Statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS version 13.0. Results No significant difference was found among these 3 kinds of solutions. In addition, no adverse effects were founded. Conclusion Low dosage infusion of neither fructose nor glucose had apparent effect on blood variability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in stable phase.
