摘  要:对比分析了国产和进口碳黑复合型导电纤维及抗静电剂的代表性品种、不同用量条件下的织物抗静电性能,从技术和经济2个角度优选了织物抗静电性能的最佳点,表明国产三点式碳黑复合型导电纤维及国产抗静电剂水平均已和进口同类型产品性能相当,且在导电纤维添加量为1%、抗静电剂用量20~30 g/L的条件下,织物的抗静电性能已达最佳水平,过量添加反而会导致静电压半衰期增长。南北方实验室的测试数据存在显著差异,源于在标准许可范围内实验室湿度控制的差异及人为操作导致,应进一步规范测试条件。不同抗静电效果织物的吸烟灰、拖过草坪的吸附实验表明,添加导电纤维的毛涤混纺织物并不主动吸附烟灰等微粒,但存在由于表面光洁度不够、微粒直接接触后发生机械嵌合导致出现吸沾灰现象。The paper analyses the antistatic properties of the domestic and foreign typical products of carbon based conductive fibers and antistatic agents in different using conditions.The antistatic properties of domestic three-point carbon based conductive fibers and domestic antistatic agents are similar to those of Kanebo conductive fibers and Nonax1166 antistatic agents.The antistatic properties of the fabrics will be the best under 1% organic conductive fibers and 20~30 g/L antistatic agent.The significant difference of the charge half life tested between the south and north laboratories are from the humidity difference in standard permit range and man-made tests.The humidity of the laboratories should be controlled to a smaller range.The wool/polyester blended fabrics will not adsorb actively the dusts and other particles according to the experiments,but there are still some dusts on the surface of the fabrics because the small fibers on the surface and the mechanical gomphodont force.
