山羊绒环保型后整理助剂及应用

摘　　要：研究了山羊绒针织品氯化剥鳞工艺与采用不同种类的洗涤剂蓬松洗涤工艺后手感风格的变化。试验结果表明:羊绒针织品采用DC剥鳞和阴离子表面活性剂在碱性条件下洗涤,都会对羊绒纤维造成损伤,使得织物表面变薄,绒面露底。普通非离子型表面活性剂洗涤山羊绒针织品,存在沾色引起色变,在烘干时因湿热空气的氧化造成黄变,以非离子型表面活性剂为主多种组分复配的环保型洗涤剂与鳞片软化剂配合使用,洗涤后织物蓬松、细腻、不黄变,色光鲜艳,为山羊绒针织物高档整理提供了一条新的加工途径。This paper introduced the result of cashmere knitting apparel treated with chlorize mercerieing and different kinds of detergent.It was shown that the treatment with DC and anionic surfactant under alkaine conditions,the injury of fiber would be happened,and that lead to the fabric becoming thin,hair-slip.General non-ionic surfactant were be used to wash cashmere knitting apparel,it can lead the fabric yellow.The fiber was oxidized by wet-hot air when drying.The enviroment auxilians that was based mainly on non-ionic shufactant was used with scale softing agent.After washing,the apparel became fluff,saequaeh,non-yellowing.The purposes of the study are to develop a new type of cashmere by top-finishing.
