摘　　要：介绍了半精纺毛棉丝混纺衬衣面料的开发过程及其纺纱工艺、织造规格设计以及整理工艺要点。该产品充分利用了半精纺技术和半精纺原料使用多样性的特点,将羊毛、棉和绢丝3种性能优良的天然纤维进行混纺织造。着重探讨了毛、棉和绢丝混纺休闲衬衣面料的整理新工艺:介绍了气流洗特点及使用气流洗工艺改善半精纺衬衣面料手感的工艺过程及工艺要点;详细介绍了运用新型低温潮交联整理技术提高半精纺衬衣织物抗皱性能的工艺过程及工艺要点。This article introduces the development process of the semi-worsted blending shirt fabric of wool,cotton and silk.It also introduces the main points of the spinning and finishing process,and weaving design specifications.This product fully uses semi-worsted technology,spin yarn with the wool,silk and cotton.2 new types of finishing process are mainly discussed.One is the air wash process characteristics and that for semi-worsted products;the other is how to make the semi-worsted shirt fabric more anti-wrinkle with the use of new type of low-temperature surges hinge resin finishing process.
