毛涤织物定形温度与黏衬后缩率的关联性

摘  要:成衣的规格尺寸直接影响到成衣规格的准确性和外观质量,文章以毛涤织物为研究对象,通过实验,将织物小样分别在4个温度下(180、190、200、210℃)热定形后再黏衬,根据黏衬后织物缩率的大小,分析温度与黏衬后织物缩率的相互关系,找出相应热定形温度对织物尺寸稳定性的影响规律,比较各温度下热定形效果的优劣,最终确定毛涤织物的最佳热定形温度。结果表明,200℃是此织物的最佳热定形温度。In the production,there were significant influences about the size specifications of ready made clothes to ensure the precision of size specifications and enhapce the appearance quality of ready made clothes.Through the W/T fabric's heat-setting experiments,the fabric sample will be put into the four temperatures for heat-setting,respectively 180,190,200,(210 ℃,) then sticked with fusible interlining.Accroding to the shrinkage rate in fusible interlining,it analyzes the relationship between the temperature and shrinkage rate and finds out the rules of corresponding heat-setting temperature to the influence of dimensional stability,compares the advantages and disadvantages for effect of heat setting temperature.Determination of the best temperature for the W/T fabric's heat-setting is worked out in the end.The results show that the(200 ℃) is the best temperature for fabric heat-setting.
