摘 要:在某一时间断面上,利用同步相量测量单元测得母线电压、支路潮流等实时电气量,根据局部网络等值方法求出系统的等值参数,在此基础上分析系统潮流计算中的电压二次方程,即可得到一种节点电压稳定指标Lbs(n)。在节点电压稳定时,Lbs(n)的值大于1,Lbs(n)S(S为节点n的负荷视在功率幅值)反映的是该系统状态下节点n的输出功率极限,[Lbs(n)-1]S反映的是节点n的输出功率裕度。比较各节点的Lbs(n)值,最小值所对应的节点即为系统的最薄弱节点,取该节点Lbs(n)值作为系统的电压稳定指标Lbs。如果系统的电压稳定指标趋近1,则表明系统临近电压崩溃。IEEE-14节点仿真分析结果表明,该方法简单、快速,可有效判断系统的电压稳定性,适于电力系统电压稳定性的实时监控。Using synchronous phasor measurement unit (PMU), the real-time electrical quantities on a certain time section such as bus voltage, branch power flow and so on can be measured, from this, equivalent parameters of power system can be solved by local network equivalence. On this basis, by means of analyzing the quadratic equation of voltage, a kind of nodal voltage stability index Lb,(n) can be obtained. The value of the term Lbs(n) is larger than 1 while nodal voltage is stable. Naming the amplitude of apparent load power at node n for S, so Lbs(n) S reflects the output power limit of the node n under present system state, and [Lbs(n) - 1 ] S reflects the output power margin of the node n. Comparing the values Of Lbs(n), the node corresponding to the minimal value is the weakest node in the system, thus the Lbs(n) value of the weakest node is taken as voltage stability index Lhs of the whole system. If the voltage stability index approaches to 1, it shows that the power system draws near voltage collapse. Simulation results of IEEE 14-bus system show that the proposed method is fast and convenient to calculate and can be used to judge the voltage stability of power system effectively, so it is suitable to real-time monitoring of power system voltage stability.
