摘  要:电力系统在线动态安全评估与预警系统是国家电网公司仿真中心的重要研究领域之一。以电网实时运行数据以及高性能并行计算机群为基础,从多层面、多角度对运行电网实施快速安全稳定性评估。阐述了该系统的整体功能结构,并分别针对平台支持系统、电网安全稳定评估决策系统以及人机界面可视化系统,提出了具体的功能设计方案。华北电网在线动态安全评估与预警系统项目的工程实施,验证了所设计方案的科学性与合理性。系统具有运行可靠、界面友好、维护简便、功能扩充适应性强、分析结论准确和全面等特点。系统的投运有效地提高了电网运行决策的科学性和预见性。Online dynamic security assessment (DSA) and early warning system is a vital part of research area in the Simulation Center of State Grid Corp of China. In this paper, based on real-time operation-data of power grids and high-performance parallel computer cluster, the fast security and stability assessment for power grid is performed at multiple levels and in different aspects. The whole functions and structure of this online DSA and early warning system are expounded, and concrete function design schemes for platform supporting system, assessment and auxiliary decision-making system for power grid security and stability as well as the visualizing system for human-computer interface are put forward respectively. Engineering implementation of online DSA and early warning system for North China Power Grid verifies the reasonableness of this system. This online DSA and early warning system possesses such advantages as reliable operation, friendly interface, convenient to maintain, strong adaptability for function extension, veracious and overall analysis results. Putting this system into operation can effectively improve the reasonableness and foreseeability of operating decision of power grid.
