摘 要:进行了Q460单边连接的等边单角钢压件的承载力试验研究。根据不同规范计算出的承载力差别很大,为了找到最适合该类构件的承载力计算方法,选取4种典型规范,计算了构件承载力,分析其差别并与试验结果比较。结果表明:AISC360-05规范的计算结果总体偏保守;ASCE规范不适合此类构件;GB50017—2003规范用强度折减系数考虑偏心影响不合理,其结果的安全裕度不均衡;DL/T5154—2002规范的计算结果在长细比小于120时较合理,但长细比大于120时偏保守。通过采用相同柱子曲线的方法,分析了各规范的折减方法,总结出了适合该类构件承载力的计算方法。The experimental investigation on bearing capacity of struts made of one leg-connected single equal-angle steel is carried out.. There are evident differences among calculated bearing capacities according to various codes and standards, thus to find out calculation method of bearing capacity that is most suitable to such kind of struts, four typical codes and standards, i.e., AISC 360-05, ASCE, GB50017-- 2003 and DL/T 5154--2002, are chosen to calculate the bearing capacity of members, and calculation results are compared one another and contrast with experiment results. The results from comparison and contrast show that as a whole, the calculation result by AISC 360-05 is a little conservative; the ASCE standard is not suitable to this kind of member; it is irrational for GB50017--2003 to consider the influence of eccentricity by strength reduction factor, and the safety margin of the calculation is unbalanced; when slenderness ratio of the member is smaller than 120 the calculation result according to DL/T 5154--2002 is rational, however when slenderness ratio of the member is larger than 120, the calculation result according to DL/T 5154--2002 is a little conservative. By means of using the same column curves, the compensation approaches for different code and standards are analyzed. Thus a method suitable to calculate the bearing capacity of this kind of member is summarized.
