舒筋活络酒制备工艺的研究

摘  要:目的:优选舒筋活络酒的浸渍提取工艺,确保制剂质量。方法:以川续断皂苷Ⅵ为指标对舒筋活络酒提取工艺进行考察,按制备工艺考察浸渍温度与时间对样品中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量的影响。处方药材分别在模拟室温5℃,20℃,30℃条件下用白酒浸渍20,30,40,50,60 d,并采用HPLC法分别测定川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。结果:样品中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量随着浸渍时间的延长与温度的提高而升高。以浸渍时间60 d为例,室温5,20,30℃条件下样品中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量分别为57.42,84.80,89.35μg·ml^(-1),5℃时样品中的含量仅为30℃时的64.26%。结论:以浸渍法制备舒筋活络酒时,应根据生产时的温度适当调整浸渍时间,夏季以40~50 d,春秋季以50~60 d为宜,冬季不宜生产。Objective: To optimization of immersed extraction technology of shujin huoluo spirit was maked to ensure the quality. Method : The Asperosaponin Ⅵ was used as the indicator,the connection between the temperature and time of immersion in the preparation and the content of Asperosaponin Ⅵ were observed to inspect the extraction technology. The herbal medicine in the prescription were immersed in spirit at the stimulated room temperature of 5,20,30 ℃ respectively for 20,30,40,50 and 60 ds. The content of As- perosaponin Wl was measured by HPLC. Result: The content of Asperosaponin Wl was increased along with the immersion time extended and the temperature climbed. The content of Asperosaponin WI, with which were immersed for 60ds for instance, were 57.42,84. 80, 89. 35μg·ml^-1 at the temperature of 5 ℃ ,20 ℃ ,30 ℃ respectively. The amount of Asperosaponin Ⅵ that immersed at 5℃ was only 64. 26 percent of the one immersed at 30℃. Conclusion: The time that the herbal medicine immersed can be adjusted appropriately according to the temperature when Shujin Huoluo spirit is prepared by the immersion method,which should be 40 to 50 days in summer, 50 to 60 days in spring or fall and not acceptable in winter.
