摘 要:目的探讨冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂繁殖的影响。方法考查丽蝇蛹集金小蜂在冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹内的发育历期、后代大小和雌蜂寿命、后代的寄生和繁殖能力。结果丽蝇蛹集金小蜂在-20℃和-70℃冷冻后不同时间丝光绿蝇蛹内的发育历期约为13d,后代雌蜂体长约为1.8mm,雄蜂体长约为1.2mm,后代雌蜂寿命约为11d,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹中羽化出的丽蝇蛹集金小蜂对正常丝光绿蝇蛹的寄生率为83%~90%,寄生后蝇蛹的出蜂率为73%~80%,每蛹出蜂数约为37只,雌蜂比90%左右,与对照组比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冷冻丝光绿蝇蛹对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂后代的发育和繁殖能力均无显著影响。Objective The study was conducted to determine the effects of frozen storage of Lucilia sericata pupae on the prolificacy of Nasonia vitripennis. Methods The length of growth stages, sizes of descendants, life span of the females, parasitic and reproductive ability of descendants of N. vitripennis within L. sericata pupae were documented. Results Two groups of N. vitripennis in L. sericata pupae, frozen at -20℃ and -70 ℃, respectively, demonstrated a growth period of approximately 13 days, the body length of female descendants about 1.8 mm and males about 1.2 mm, the life span of female descendants about 11 days, suggesting no significant differences when compared to the control group (P〉0.05). A total of 83% to 90% eelosed N. vitripennis could successfully parasitize natural L. sericata pupae, and 73% to 80% emerged, about 37 from each pupa, with the female to male ratio of about 90%, suggesting no significant differences when compared to the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Frozen storage of L. sericata pupae had no effects on the development and prolificacy of N. vitripennis descendants.
