摘 要:为研究Kaneda器械治疗胸腰段脊柱严重损伤具有的生物力学稳定能力,采用了新鲜人体胸腰段脊柱标本.用传感器及电测技术所得出的数据计算平均顺应系数(f).结果表明,三柱严重损伤时,轴压、侧弯稳定性高于完整脊柱,后伸、旋转的稳定性与完整脊柱相同,前屈运动明显失稳(P<0.05).实验提示,单用Kaneda器械难以维持三柱严重损伤脊柱的稳定性.The three-dimedonal stability of the spine injuries of different degree treated by the Kandeda anterior device was eded Intact fresh cadaveric thoracloumbar speciment were used They wer measured by 3-degree of freedom electrogoniometer force and displacement transduers the relative rotation and horizonial translation between T11 and L1 vertebra in the bending direchon. The mean flexibility (f) was computed Results showed that Kaneda can provide good stability in compressive loading and lateral bendirs (P<0. 05); Kaneda has equal stability to intact sghnal construct in extension and rotahon (P<0. 05),But it is unstable in flexion (P<0.05) This experiment revealed that Kaneda is poor in thiee columns of spine destroyed spinal construct.
