摘 要:为校正T型导轨的弯曲变形,提出基于弹塑性力学理论的T型导轨反弯校直的数学模型.模型中分析了T型导轨校直过程中的压点与支点的布置、校直弯矩、反弯曲率、校直下压量等关键参数,推导了T型导轨校直过程中反弯曲率与原始曲率间的关系式.为便于T型导轨校直实施,进一步给出了T型导轨校直下压量的计算公式.并以特定尺寸的T型导轨为例进行了分析,给出了反弯曲率与原始曲率间的关系曲线及校直行程与原始变形间的关系曲线,将模型计算结果与有限元结果进行比较,验证了本模型的可行性.A mathematical model of reverse bending straightening was proposed based on elastic-plastic mechanics in order to straightening T-rail's bending distortion.The key parameters of straightening T-rail,such as the disposal of press points and support points、straightening moment、reverse bending curvature、down stroke,were analyzed.The formula for computing T-rail's reverse bending curvature in corresponding to its original deformed curvature was deduced.The expression for accounting the reverse stroke of pressing down was given for operating convenience.The model was used to straightening special T-rail,and the connection curves were presented.The curves reflected the relation between the reverse bending curvature and the original curvature,and the relation between the stroke of pressing down and the original bending.The theoretical results were compared with the finite element method results.Results show that the model is practical.
