摘　　要：放化疗后白细胞减少症多属本虚标实证,病机以阴阳气血亏虚为本;热毒、痰浊、瘀血、外邪等为标。治疗宜标本兼顾。归纳治疗益气健脾、益气养血、益气养阴、滋阴清热、清热解毒、活血养血、温补脾肾法。指出:中西医结合治疗可极大提高存活率、降低复发率。Leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the virtual multi - standard evidence, and pathogenesis in order to yin and yang, qi and blood deficiency - oriented, heat - toxin, phlegm, blood stasis, exogenous evils such as the standard. Treatment should he both specimens. Induction treatment of spleen Qi, nourishing Qi, Qi Yin, Ziyin heat, heat detoxification, blood circulation nourishing the blood, spleen and kidney Warming Law. Pointed out： with Chinese and Western medicine treatment can significantly improve survival and reduce recurrence rate.
