摘　　要：蛋白尿是慢性肾炎最常见的临床表现,难以控制。其发病机理主要是脾肾亏虚,湿瘀互结,常因外邪侵袭而加重。麻金木教授在治疗蛋白尿方面重视肺脾肾三脏的功能,突出活血清利法,临床诊治效果显著。chronic nephritis proteinuria is the most common clinical manifestation, it is difficult to control. Its pathogenesis is mainly spleen and kidney deficiency, blood stasis Phlegm wetlands, often aggravated when the exogenous pathogen invasion. Professor MA Jin -mu proteinuria in the treatment of spleen and kidney to pay more attention to the three dirty lung function, highlight the benefit of huoxueqingli, clinical diagnosis and treatment results are obvious.
