活血祛瘀对冠心病心绞痛病人生活质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血祛瘀法对冠心病心绞痛病人生活质量的影响。[方法]共选取60例稳定性心绞痛患者,均保持原有西药治疗基础上,中药治疗组30例给予血府逐瘀汤口服,4周后进行西雅图心绞痛量表的评分。[结果]中药治疗组西雅图心绞痛量表评分平均上升100.67±54.32,对照组上升42.72±60.04,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]活血祛瘀法能提高冠心病心绞痛病人的生活质量。[ Objective] To observe stasis method of coronary heart disease patients with the quality of life. [ Method] A total of 60 patients with stable angina pectoris selected patients remain on the basis of the original western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment of 30 patients given oral Xuefuzhuyu Tang, 4 weeks after the Seattle Angina Scale score. [ Results ] Chinese medicine treatment group, the Seattle Angina Scale score increased by an average 100.67 ± 54.32, control group increased by 42.72 ± 60.04, between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] stasis method can improve the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris.
