中西医结合治疗心脑合病例析

摘　　要：对临床诊断为心脑合病患者采用中西医结合治疗1个疗程,运用中医的异病同治原则,以"痰瘀"论治心脑合病,将化痰祛瘀法贯穿治疗始终,并根据患者临床症状和理化检查判定其临床疗效,以观察中西医结合疗法治疗心脑合病的临床疗效。Guided by the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine - theory, we treated the patients who are diagnosed as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease combined for a period of treatment, by the principle of homotherapy for heteropathy, use phlegm and blood stasis - theory in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease combined, and also utilize the expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis from the beginning to the end, meanwhile, on the basis of the clinical manifestation and pbysico - chemical examination to determine the curative effect, so that we can see how the method of eombination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine works in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease combined.
