摘　　要：从冲突存在的普遍性和冲突的基本观点入手,分析了冲突是不可避免的,同时对高校图书馆馆员与读者之间的冲突进行了客观的分析,找出解决冲突的主要方法,并针对这些冲突进行有效的管理。Starting from the existence of the universality of the conflict and its basic viewpoints, this paper has elaborated that the conflict is inevitable. Meanwhile, after making objective analysis of the conflicts between university librarians and readers, the author intends to identify the primary means of conflict resolution, and further more to propose effective conflict management.
