摘　　要：党的十六届三中全会提出用科学发展观来规范、指导、强化我们的各项工作。本文结合华北煤炭医学院图书馆的实践经验论述了图书馆应该在科学发展观的指导下,与时俱进,不断深化图书馆服务职能,为读者提供高质量的信息服务。The party＇s third plenum proposed to the scientific concept of development to regulate, guide, and strengthen our work. In this paper, North China Coal Medical College discusses the practical experience of the library the library should be under the guidance of scientific concept of development with the times, and constantly deepen the library service functions, to provide readers with high-quality information services.
