摘  要:目的建立直接进样同时检测饮用水中多种农药残留的液相色谱-串联质谱法。方法水样不经处理直接进样,经AtlantisdC18柱分离,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μl,采用电喷雾离子化串联质谱法进行检测。结果在0.5~20.0μg/L范围内,68种农药所得回归方程的线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.99,检出限均<0.5μg/L。该方法的平均回收率在70.1%~117.9%之间,RSD为0.4%~16.1%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于饮用水中多种农药残留的同时检测。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of multi-pesticide residues in drinking water by direct injection liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods No pretreatment steps were required,20 μl of drinking water was directly injected into Atlantis dC18 column and the column tempera'ture was 25 ℃. The detection was performed by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Results Sixty-eight pesticides presented a good linearity in the range of 0.5-20.0 μg/L (r〉0.99). The limits of detection were below 0.5 μg/L. The rates of recovery for the spiked samples ranged from 70.1% to 117.9% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 0.4%-16.1%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and is applicable to the simultaneous determination of multi-pesticide residues in drinking water.
