摘 要:目的建立输配水材料中双酚F、双酚A和四溴双酚A3种双酚类化合物的测定方法。方法输配水材料经甲醇超声提取后,取上清液,利用液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)法,在优化的仪器条件下对3种双酚类化合物进行测定。结果 3种双酚类化合物在15.0~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9960,该方法对四溴双酚A、双酚F、双酚A定量检出限分别为3.5、18、62μg/kg,回收率在84.0%~119.3%之间,RSD<13%。在31个实际样品中,ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)塑料管中检出双酚F(1.67μg/g),7个样品中检出双酚A(0.114~120μg/g),所测样品中均未检出四溴双酚A。结论该方法灵敏度高,选择性强,适用于输配水材料中双酚类化合物双酚F、双酚A和四溴双酚A的分析测定。Objective To develop a method for the determination of bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A in materials for drinking water supply system. Methods The materials for drinking water supply system were ground, then were extracted by methanol with ultrasonic extraction, the extract were quantitatively analyzed for bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS)method under the optimal conditions of the instrument. Results The calibration curves of the above-mentioned three compounds showed a good linearity in the range of 15.0-500 μg/L and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.996 0. The limits of quantification (LOQ) of the method were 3.5- 62 μg/kg, The spiked recoveries ranged from 84.0%-119.3% with the relative standard deviations of 1.4%-12.2%. Bisphenol F was detected in ABS plastic pipe with the content of 1.67μg/g. Bisphenol A was detected in 7 samples with the content of 0.114- 120 μg/g. Tetrabromobisphenol A was not detected in all the samples. Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate, and is applicable to the determination of bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A in the materials used for drinking water supply system.
