摘  要:在机械零部件设计的过程中采用了可靠性设计的方法,将设计的参量视为随机变量,将产品的可靠度指标参与设计的全过程,使得设计的结果更加符合实际情况。通过对一个典型零件的设计说明了可靠性设计的一般过程,找到了一种可以有效提高产品质量、减少零件尺寸、节约材料、降低成本的好方法,使设计的产品具有更强的市场竞争力。In this paper, the reliability design method was used during the process of mechanical parts designing, the design parameters was regarded as random variables, the reliability index of products was involved in the design of the entire process, making the design more in line with the results of the actual situation. The general process of the reliability design was explained by the design of typical part. A good method to effectively improve product quality, reduce part size, save materials and reduce the cost was founded, and the same time the method can make the design of the products more competitive in the market.
