摘  要:文中将灵敏度分析方法和优化方法相结合,快速有效地解决汽车车门下沉刚度不足的问题。首先在灵敏度方法的相关理论基础上进行灵敏度分析,找出影响车门下沉刚度的灵敏部件,将灵敏部件的厚度作为优化设计变量、车门下沉刚度目标值作为约束、车门部件的重量作为目标函数建立优化模型,运用adaptive Response Surface Method优化算法,找出部件厚度的最优值,在满足车门下沉刚度的同时使车门轻量化。This article betakes Sensitivity analysis and optimization method combining, to disposal the problem of car doors sinkinginsufficient rigidity quickly and efficiently. First, identify the issues affecting the sensitivity of the stiffness sinking door components based on the related theories of sensitivity analysis, use the thickness of the sensitive components as the optimized design variables, door sink stiffness target as a constraint, the weight of the door components as the target functions to establish optimization model, find the optimum part thickness by using of Adaptive Response Surface Method optimization algorithm, to meet the value of sinkage sinking stiffness and lightweight.
