有机钢筋混凝土阻锈剂的研究

摘　　要：采用盐水浸渍与混凝土浸烘试验方法对4组由醇胺类有机物、酰胺类有机物、有机多元胺、芳香族盐类、无机盐中的3种或3种以上组分复合的钢筋混凝土阻锈剂的阻锈效果进行了评定对比。试验结果表明:4组有机钢筋混凝土阻锈剂具有良好的阻锈效果,且阻锈效果最为显著的是ZX-2复合有机钢筋混凝土阻锈剂。并进行了不同阻锈剂的混凝土性能试验,试验证明有机阻锈剂对混凝土性能并无不良影响。Different organic corrosion inhibitors for reinforcing steel in concrete,compositing of three or even more three kinds of ingredients chosen from alcamines,phosphoramide,polyamine,aromatic salt,inorganic salts,are evaluated through small pieces of bars immersed in chlorate solutions and the immersion and drayage cycle of concrete.And the tests displays ZX-2 indicate excellent anticorrosion effect.Therefore,the re- searches on the concrete property indicate that organic corrosion inhibitors don＇t have harmful effect on durability of concrete.
