摘　　要：目的:了解住院精神病患者抗精神病药临床使用情况。方法:采用一日法对北京回龙观医院住院患者的抗精神病药的处方情况进行调查。结果:①总体上氯氮平处方量第一,但在住院时间短的住院患者中氯氮平的使用率并不高;②新型抗精神病药的使用明显增加;③单一用药在住院患者中占主导地位;④抗精神病药的使用剂量基本都在推荐的安全剂量范围之内。结论:各种抗精神病药的临床应用情况发生了较大改变,新型药物的使用占主要地位,单一用药成为临床用药的趋势。Objective： To investigate the prescriptions of antipsychotics among inpatients with mental disorders. Method ： The antipsychotic prescriptions of inpatients in Beijing Huilongguan Hospital were investigated with the one - day method. Result： （1）The prescription of clozapine ranked first; however, this was not the case for shortly hospitalized patients ; （2）The prescriptions of the novel antipsychotics were significantly increased. （3）The mono - antipsychotic therapy was most often adopted ; （4）The antipsychotics prescribed were in the safe dose range. Conclusion ： Prescriptions of antipsychotics changed significantly. The novel antipsychotic played a dominant role in psychosis medication nowadays. And the monotherapy led the antipsychotic medication schemes.
