摘　　要：目的总结使用经皮静脉旋切系统治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法回顾性分析应用经皮静脉旋切术治疗的23例患者的临床资料,观察切口长度、手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症、手术效果等指标。结果23例患者均治愈,术后并发症低,手术效果较佳。结论经皮静脉旋切术治疗下肢曲张浅静脉具有安全有效、创伤小、恢复快、住院周期短等优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating lower limbs varicose veins using TriVex system （minimally invasive rotary varicotomy）. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 23 patients treated with TriVex system：incision length, operation time,days in hospital, post - operative compl ered. The complication icati ons ow , op and eratl on efficacy, and so on. Results All patients were fully recov-operation is efficient. Conclusion TriVex system is safe, minimally invasive and worth of spreading.
