摘　　要：目的探讨脑室一腹腔分流术后常见并发症的临床表现及其产生原因。方法回顾性分析152例脑积水患者行脑室一腹腔分流术后的各种常见并发症。结果152例中分流管阻塞者21例,感染者13例,分流过度者5例。结论分流管阻塞、感染、过度分流是该手术的常见并发症。严格把握手术指征,正确选择分流泵以及正确的手术操作和围手术期处理是防止并发症的关键。Objective To discuss the appearances and causes of the common complication of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in hydrocephalus. Methods Retrospectively analyze the common complication of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in 152 patients with hydrocephalus. Results In the 152 cases, there were 21 with shunt blockage, 13 with infection,5 with overshunt. Conclusion Shunt block- age, infection and over- shunt are the main complications of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in hydrocephalus. The strict indication of operation, fight choice of the shunt pump as well as the correct operative procedure and perioperative treatment are the keys to prevent the complications.
