摘 要:[目的]为鹿角盘的临床用药和合理开发提供科学依据。[方法]以1~5岁梅花鹿的角盘为材料,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中锌、铜、锰和铁元素的含量。[结果]不同鹿龄鹿角盘中均含有丰富的锌、铜、锰和铁元素,其中5岁鹿角盘中铜和铁元素含量最高,1岁鹿角盘中锌元素含量最高,3岁鹿角盘中锰元素含量最高,其他鹿龄鹿角盘中锰元素含量差异不显著;鹿角盘中4种元素的加标回收率均在98.50%~103.52%。[结论]在梅花鹿5岁之前,鹿角盘中锌元素含量随着鹿龄的增加而减少,铜和铁元素含量随着鹿龄的增加而增加。[Objective] The study was to provide the scientific basis for the clinical medication and rational development of basal antlers.[Method] Basal antlers of 1~5 yeas old sika deer were taken as the tested materials,and the contents of Zn,Cu,Mn and Fe in them were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result] The basal antlers of sika deer at different ages were all rich in Zn,Cu,Mn and Fe.The contents of Cu and Fe in basal antlers of 5 years old sika deer were the highest,and that of Zn in basal antlers of 1 year old sika deer was the highest,that of Mn in basal antlers of 3 years old sika deer was the highest.The contents of other elements in basal antlers of sika deer at other ages had no significant differences.The recoveries of standard addition of 4 kinds of element in basal antlers were all between 98.50% and 103.52%.[Conclusion] Before 5 years old of sika deer,the content of Zn in their basal antlers was decreased with the increase of deer age,and those of Cu and Fe were increased with the increase of deer age.
