摘　　要：[目的]对猪IRGC基因进行序列分析,为进一步研究其功能奠定基础。[方法]采用EST信息和测序相结合的方法分离了猪IR-GC基因,并与人、牛、犬和猩猩IRGC基因进行序列相似性分析。[结果]获得了1 558 bp的cDNA序列,其登录号为EU703776,与人、牛、犬和猩猩IRGC基因的序列分别有86%、90%、91%和84%的相似性。序列分析表明,该基因编码的464个氨基酸与人、牛、犬和猩猩的相似性分别达到了90%、93%、95%和90%。[结论]成功提取了猪IRGC基因,其具有人、牛、犬和猩猩类似的结构和功能。[Objective] The aim of this research was to analyze the sequence of pigs IRGC gene and lay the foundation for further study of its function.[Method] Pig IRGC gene was cloned with the method of EST information and sequencing.Its similarity analysis with IRGC gene sequence of people,cattle,dog and orangutan was then performed.[Result] The size of cDNA of pig IRGC gene is 1 558 bp with GenBank accession number EU703776.The sequence shared high similarity with human（86%）,cattle（90%）,dog（91%） and orangutan（84%）.Sequence analysis showed that pig IRGC gene encoded 464 amino acid residues,which had high homology with the gene of human（90%）,cattle（93%）,dog（95%） and orangutan（90%）.[Conclusion] The pig IRGC gene is successfully extracted,which has similar structure and function with the gene of the people,cattle,dogs and orangutan.
