摘　　要：[目的]为茄子连作障碍中化感作用的研究提供证据和对策,为化感作用在生态系统中的生态管理及建立合理有效的间、套和连作制度提供科学依据。[方法]通过生物测定的方法,研究了嫁接茄子地上部水浸液的化感作用。[结果]茄子地上部浸提液具有自毒作用,抑制了茄子自身种子的萌发和幼苗生长;同时具有负的他感作用,对番茄、辣椒和黄瓜种子的萌发和幼苗生长均产生不同程度的抑制作用,抑制强度为:番茄>辣椒>黄瓜;各处理在高浓度0.2 g/ml的抑制作用大于低浓度0.1 g/ml;嫁接茄与自根茄的地上部化感效应几乎没什么差异。[结论]茄子不适于与番茄、辣椒和黄瓜这几种蔬菜轮间作。[Objective]The aim was to provide evidence and countermeasures for study on allelopathy of eggplant and supply a scientific basis for ecological management of allelopathy and establishment of a reasonable,effective intercropping and continuous cropping system.[Method]Allelopathy of aerial part extracts from grafted eggplants were studied by bioassay.[Result] The results showed that aerial part extracts of eggplants have autotoxicity which inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of eggplants.Aerial part extracts of grafted eggplants inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of tomato,pepper and cucumber at different level.Inhibition intensity of extracts was tomatopeppercucumber.The inhibition effect was higher at 0.2 g/ml concentration than 0.1 g/ml concentration.There weren＇t differences between own-rooted treatments and grafted treatments.[Conclusion]Eggplant is not suitable for round of intercropping with tomato,pepper and cucumber.
